Meet Jan Lagerval, a Swede retired from the military who now lives in Slovenia. Born and raised in Stockholm he now lives in Duplek near Maribor. He came here after falling in love with Sonja, a Slovene who used to work in Sweden :) Today he spends his time reading books in Slovene, flies planes at the aeroclub in Maribor, walks at least 10km a day, and makes great sour milk and Turkish coffee. Jan’s advice for life: Eat good, not too much, and keep moving!
