This year’s fourth deflation is mostly result of the monthly discounts in the groups clothing and footwear and lower prices of health insurance. The average annual inflation stood at 1.8%, compared to last year’s 2.6%. The biggest increase in prices in 2013 was recorded in the group housing (by 5.2%), with electricity, water, and solid fuel.
