Bled Hosts Strategic Forum

The Slovenian town of Bled is hosting a two-day Strategic forum. The meeting will feature a host of panels discussing EU enlargement, efforts to tackle the financial crisis, EU-Turkish ties, international criminal law and water issues in the Middle East. The forum was addressed by Slovenian PM Alenka Bratušek. She emphasized, that the European Union must respond to the growing challenges with greater integration. The Bled Strategic Forum is hosting over 400 political officials, representatives of business an academics from nearly 50 countries.
