The hotel is part of a larger business apartment complex. Its building price is estimated at 150 million euros and covers more than a 100 thousand square meters. Riko has, besides Stilles, included several other Slovenian companies into the project, such as Marmor Hotavlje, Eurolux in Klima Petek.

This is a major project for Stilles, as its value alone is more than their entire annual turnover (which was 9 million euros).
