Beginning of February, Slovenia was hit by a cold snap. Now the Environment Agemcy has issued flood warnings for some parts of the country, especially in the area of Ilirska Bistrica and Goriško. Overnight, many rivers in western parts of the country have spilled over. Many roads are still closed due to fallen trees and electricity poles.
