After the Council of Europe sent a warning to Slovenia, a thousand people that had applied for permanent residence registry, but had been rejected, will receive compensation. All together around 11.000 people are eligible to be compensated. The new bill involves a compensation of EUR 50 per month for each month of erasure instead of EUR 40.
