The ruling was handed down in the case of EU funds fraud in the renovation of a Church-owned mansion by builder Vegrad. The prosecutor however demanded four years in prison for Krašovec, who was acquitted of accusations of trying to get former Betnava manager Dragica Marinič to commit a criminal act.
