Among other things, the law regulates the prices of medicines and the rights of patients in medication trials. As opposed to the pervious law, the new law does not allow wholesale trade to be performed by pharmacies. It also prohibits campaigns that encourage patients in greater consumption of drugs. Health Insurance company Vzajemna claims that their recent analysis of prescribed drugs further supports this issue.
