According to the mayor of Ljubljana the Slovenian capital Ljubljana is ready for the upcoming European Basketball Championships, the biggest sporting event in independent Slovenia.
Between 4 and 22 September, Ljubljana will host 45 games, with group stage games also taking place in Celje, Koper and Jesenice.
