A fridge with wooden drawers, a screwdriver with hidden nozzles in the handle, an innovative street light, a coffee maker which works through mobile apps, Akrapovič’s exhaust system, and a vintage toy racing car for kids are just some of the 12 Slovenian recipients of this year’s Red Dot design awards.
An international jury had to pick the winners from more than 6,300 entries in the field of production design. It declared winners in different categories – from furniture design and home appliances to fashion and electronics.
