As part of a Europe-wide campaign, Seatbelt – Buckle up and live!, police will be checking the use of seatbelts until 28th March.
The campaign aims to reduce the number of fatalities and seriously injured persons in road traffic accidents due to not being buckled up. Police also aims to increase the seatbelt usage among drivers and passengers in all vehicles.
