The Statistical Office estimates that 9.8 % of the current GPA is due to the gray economy in 2010. When compared to neighboring countries, Slovenia stands out. With the exception of Croatia, the most active gray economy is in Slovenia. The government is now considering two laws that will limit this phenomenon.
