There were days when people thought e-mail would make regular mail (or snail mail) obsolete. But the number of letters sent by the Slovenian post office has only been growing. In 1995, the post office handled about 200,000 letters. Just 15 years later, it’s more than a million. That means that they’ve had to deal with 250% more letters than they did in the early days of independence. Despite the growing number of internet users, the Slovenian post office is still busier than ever.
