Coalition parliament members supported the government’s efforts to finish the project and turned down the amendments of SDS. The question of why the investment is again higher by 126 million euros and now estimated at 1,4 billion euros was the main point of the discussion.
The discrepancy of parliament members were the most obvious at determining the political responsibility and time, when the investment could still be stopped. Infrastructure minister Samo Omerzel ensured that, if needed; the government would prepare the legal standing for the coordinated work of institutions in charge.
