A town called Mele, near Gornja Radgona, NE Slovenia, opens 6th orchids and tropical butterflies exhibition.

The Kurbus garden centre has again become a real tropical paradise, displaying more than three thousand species of orchids, and 600 species of butterflies. This year's novelty is a list of birds coming from the Tropics.

According to the centre's head Simona Kurbus, the exhibition is aimed to attract all lovers of flowers, butterflies and birds, grown-ups, as well as, children. She says, the place is also perfect for those who are looking for an inspiration, would like to relax, and wouldn't mind taking a day-trip to this part of the country.
